Arcus Sinilus

I have this, both eyes. What can I do specifically about this? I complained to my doctor about my memory and my forgetfulness. He gave me some test which I aced and he said "You're fine." The whites of my eyes have always been a little blue, and now for a month or so they are bloodshot. I have done some cleansing, and am in the middle of a parasite cleanse now. I have been taking Lugols for 3 months and feel I have a long way to go on that. I took a lot of medications when younger as well as years of marijuana.
