is enema really important? because many people did Liver Flush without followed by enema. i really dont have any idea about enema or colonic although i have read the forum. it is because the language is difficult and my english is not too good :(
i would really appreciate if you like to explain about enema or colonic(i dont know which is better). i have done my first flush today and got about 40 stones out. :) and i would like to have any advice to get more stones out in next LF
