my digestive problems disappear everytime I do a flush. I have no more heartburn or sudden rushes to the bathroom. I also get rid of upper back shoulder pain and a constant ache in my gallbladder area. I haven't noticed a drop in weight, but maybe I would if I'd do flushes every few weeks, instead of every couple months. I tend to do the flushes when my body tells me to, but I should be doing them more regularly.
