I have been cleansing for 8 years now and sometimes I will do a cleanse 2 x a year. When I am passing parasites I too will experience some discomfort. For me what happens is I actually will become sick (vomit) and then I know that within 3 days I will be passing some kind of a parasite. I have been using "colonix" by DrNatura for the 8 years and have also included the toxinout for the Liver Cleansing and metal elimination. Both these products have helped change my life for the better.
What you experienced I would say is normal when releasing parasites. My only concern would be that you are not getting all of them with an enema. You need to be taking something internally to help with eliminating them.
I also had mine tested to make sure that they were parasites as I was totally skeptical. I was truly surprised when the tests came back positive. If you want to find out what you are eliminating have them tested. Tweet
