well,it's been a couple days now and I have upped my fats,not too dramaticly but then again I am not exaclty shying away from them either.Along with my veggies,carbs and fiber- fat's and protein has no complemented my diet quite nicley once again.It has been a difficult path trying to fit it all in since I am used to only eating either one or the in terms of quanity over the other,say mostly fats/protein but little carbs or carbs veggies but little protein.I have been regular for quite a while now which is nice.My moods have balanced out and I am excerising again..hope it stays this way for ahile
