well for the past few days, I have been upping my natural animal fats and in paticular been very carefull in how I prepare them.I noticed that my moods have been alot more stable and my neurotic symptoms have subsided,I had a breakfast instead of a large dinner to help take advantage of the fat loading process.Though I still don't feel 100% just yet,I am confident that in a few days I will normalize and will feel better,then going back to the WD once again.It's strange that for how long I have felt like crap thinking it was something else causing it but was something as little as having too low of a fat intake causing problems,I got the veggies part right,the complex carbs right but not the fat/protein.
