Answer--constipation increase due to kelp and/or CH?

Thank you so much for all your help at this site and your website! To me you are a God-send! As others have also said, I know I have found my true answers here to get my physical health through nutrition on track and I so very much appreciate your sharing this life changing knowledge you have acquired so freely and liberally.
As of 4 days on the protocol (the drink 1x a day) I was unbelievably feeling like I was 99% better (except for constipation). The drink had an extremely positive effect on my candida symtpoms, much to my relief! --------"And the drink and the baths gave me so much energy and strength than previously - all symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome disappeared."-----
Then I got a chill from wet hair in AC and felt flu like symtoms yesterday (nothing unusual since I've been feeling that way and worse for 10 weeks now).
Since I started the protocol 7 days ago, I find I feel increasingly more constipated than before. So my question is if you were I, would you back off the drink until you would replenish the beneficial intestinal flora and possibly get peristalsis back or maybe just stop for a day or 2 and start again with 1/4 tspn of kelp and 1/4 tbsp pickling lime water? I don't want to stir up candida again with such low portions and then keeping the BSM and Lemon/ACV the same.
Any type of raw vegetables or fruit to varying degrees increases my body's state of constipation and I feel the kelp is doing that (it did before I started the drink). Also I think I read here somewhere that the CH can be constipating and 2 or 3 days ago in addition to having CH in the drink, I started adding it to my water (1 tbsp each 8 oz, 64 oz a day - I weigh a mere 90 lbs right now at 5'5") along with a pinch of ES and then the following day I also added ACV or lemon to my drinking water.
I love taking the drink but as I have previously alluded, I have no BM's unless I get on a colema board which I do every night but now my body feels so constipated in order to feel normal I need to do the colema 2, 3x a day. And every time I feel so tired afterwards.
Also based on what I've said, is there something you would take with or after each colema session for replenishment for whatever and also, as stated above, is that how you would drink your water or some other way?

Answer: You may need to increase your intake of Lemon Juice and or ACV to provide enough of the needed Acids to React against the extra Alkaline Minerals you are supplying your body in the Digestive system !
Because when "WE" are Sick , "WE" have Digestive problems, because of weak Acids being produced by the body for Digestion , thus it is Important to learn to supply enough weak Acids along with the Kelp and Lime Water !
And this may be done by increasing the Lemon Juice and or ACV and also the Epsom Salt !
And more BSM may also help by providing the needed Base for the Good Digestive Bacteria to grow and Live !
