Its going pretty well. Not as hard as thought. I don't miss food. I don't miss the bloating feeling. Today, I put on a pair of pants, and I noticed my lower abdomen went down significantly. I'm almost down a full breast size (D to a C). It doesn't look like I've lost much muscle so far. My body is definitely getting rid of lots of waste. The hardest part is explaining to people why I won't be eating when we go out. Day 10 is on Wed. I'm going to extend it until the 14th. I would love to do 21 days, but we will see.
I do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) when I need to. On Friday, I felt sluggish. Like it was time to do a flush. The first time I did it (Day 2), my body retained most of the water. I think it was due to dehydration. I did it again the next day (drank lots of water on Day 2), and felt fine. That said, drinking the tea twice a day is enough; it gets out lots of sludge.
