One note about the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) - the first time I did it years ago I had the same reaction, and my body just seemed to absorb it (yuck!), and I just felt bloated and sick. I read something on the forums about making sure the salinity was just right, which for me meant adding an extra 1/2 tsp of salt for a total of 2 1/2 tsps to 4 cups water. My boyfriend was fine on 2 tsps, then accidentally used 2 1/2 tsps once and HE got sick and bloated. So getting the right right amount of salt for your body is crucial.
You know your body best, of course, but just thought I would share.
