RG, I know you've said not to swallow phlegm and all of that because it takes the larvae/worms to the intestine to complete their cycle, but if you're on the parasite cleansing routine at the time, wouldn't it kill it off anyway? 

I'm not on it quite yet but am on some other spices that are irritating them and I'm very cautious to swallow much anymore :)
