I Think I Coughed Up A Worm?!

last night i was laying in bed trying to sleep...all of a sudden i started coughing and could not stop.
after a few minutes i coughed up something so i ran into the bathroom to see what it was.
it was about an inch and half long flat and white...maybe a quarter of an inch wide...
afterwards i coughed up alot of plegm also..
this is day number 5 and i have not had any problems except being REALLY tired.
was this a worm??
it almost looked like a little piece of plastic but im pretty sure i didnt eat any plastic.. Tweet
