Re: skin description
A possible cause of such painful skin irritation could be an allergic reaction, either to something you're consuming or a topical application. If so, trying to find a 'quick-fix' solution via a cream or ointment could worsen the problem. If you don't mind me asking, what is your cleansing routine? It is always best to use products with as few ingredients as possible (I tend to avoid putting things on my face that I wouldn't want to consume, as topical solutions will part enter the bloodstream anyway through absorption).
I'd suggest applying a thick layer of aloe vera to your face before bed (preferably from the plant). This will act as an antiseptic, moisturiser, skin healer and barrier to bacteria, and though you may not see results as quickly as certain chemical based creams, the additive-free nature of the aloe vera will ultimately be more beneficial for your skin. You could also try adding a few drops of essential oil to the aloe, tea tree for its antibacterial properties or lavender and rosehip for healing. Jojoba oil will also help soften the skin without clogging pores.
As you understand, long term skin healing needs to be achieved through cleansing of the internal organs and a diet that supports healthy skin. Upping water intake is a good place to start, with
Liver Flushes and a bowel cleanse. I'd also highly recommend a
parasite cleanse as parasitic infection can greatly affect the skin.
All the best :)
