I looks like you will need to deal with your
Depression for your food and hormone issues to go away. I'm not talking about taking drugs, I'm talking about dealing with the root causes (emotional/spiritual/mental). I'm sorry you are having such a hard time with it.
Regarding your food, I noticed that you are drinking ensure, which isn't actually healthy (in my opinion), although I realize you are using it as a crutch in this difficult time. It may be worsening some of your symptoms such as IBS.
Do you do fresh juicing? Do you have access to a juicer? Since it's probably easier for you to drink your food than eat it, I suggest you start
juicing carrots and apples (plus any other veggies, lettuce, pineapple, ginger...) and drink a cup every hour or two. This can bring your calorie level up as well as supplying you with loads of nutrition and enzymes. If you can't get fresh juice, perhaps you could make blended smoothies and blended salads and drink them (although they have a larger bulk and are thick so it will take more effort for you to force them down in your current condition), or at least drink pasteurized carrot juice from the grocery store.
