with being busy with my other activities ,I have unfortunantly not been really paying attention to what I have been eating really and just kinda been eating what I thought I needed to improve my health.Though I have been 'regular' for the first time since last year without the use of laxatives of cleansers,I noticed a decline in my overall mental state and moods,this may or may not be contributed to low fat but in contrast to a few years ago when I was pretty strict with my diet ( high natural fats/moderate protein while still fasting/feasting) I was no doubt in better spirts back then,despite using a little more salt then I do now.
I also noticed a little more flab or water retention now that I have been eating more carbs and olive oil..hhmmmmm..
