Re: inversion tables??

Hi Rygar- From what my Holistic Chiropracter told me, they are really reallly good!

He does say its never good to be completely tilted upside down because even that will put pressure on all the joints and spinal column. But he said if you use common sense with them and tilt your body at a good angle, you actually help take pressure off all the vertibrea and joints, and do alot of benefit for yourself. In fact, he plans on getting an inversion table for himself. With the inversion tables I saw sold at KMart, you can make your body tilt at any angle.

The next best thing is those curved back support thingies that you lay your lower back on while laying on the floor. I have one of those, and it feels awesome!

You really may want to also look into getting a massage by a professional massage therapist.

A nice bath with Epsom Salts is also soothing on the muscles too-

HANG IN THERE!... heehee, no pun intended ;-)
