Re: Pits on face that look like acne scars........

That sounds very unusual and the other person could well be correct, it maybe a form of parasite causing this....

Whatever you decide to do, I would get yourself on an anti yeast/bacteria diet. That alone at least will reduce the food that these things feed off (mainly sugar). But the diet is not just for that, it is also for building up the immune system and aiding the body to heal. So no matter what the problem is, doing the diet to me is the foundation and the best place to start. It will reduce any overgrowth of yeast, deny parasites also of what they feed off, and help your body clear out toxins.

But the diet requires patience and will power and the problems do not cease after a week. It can take weeks before improvements are noted. This means avoiding Sugar in ALL forms and I mean sugar, fruit (except for lemons), milk, grains, honey, potatoes, beans, corn, peas. You can loosen up more later as you improve, but it's wise to be ultra strict in the early stages.

Things one can eat are eggs, meat, liver, chicken, and low carb vegetables, and you may get away with small amounts of plain Sugar free acidophilus yoghurt (or you can make your own too), and "maybe" limited raw nuts like almonds/brazil but I would not overdo it. Having plenty of healthy fats and using them liberally in cooking is extremely helpful and healthful. They will help satiate the appetite, aid bile production, and help with healing. This means fats like extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oil (natural antifungal/antiviral), butter, fish oils (mercury free brand), even lard. You can read about these fats in this article here

Liquids are usually herb tea and water and you can also have lemons so you can use freshly squeezed lemon juice also.

I would do this if I was you and then I would try a parasite cleanse. But i wouldn't do too much at onetime because the toxin release maybe too much. The diet alone can cause enough yeast die off and cause enough symptoms in the beginning, which your body will have to cope with and elminate. And that can take a few weeks.

Garlic and onions are also helpful because they are antifungal too.

I hope this is of some help.
