Actually, many of the things you mentioned I am already putting into my protocol - also, I am a vegetarian and cook my meals fresh every day.

I have started taking the brewer's yeast and cod liver oil (Nordic Naturals) every day and this is from tghe info I found on your website - basically from your daily protocol.

I wrote to you months ago, while really, really almost off the deep end so to speak, with all my health issues. Well, I did mention that I used to live in Boca until I movedc back north three years ago. Well, I am now back in Florida but on the West coast this time - must say, it is awfully, awfully expensive over here - and for what justification I cannot see....... but hopefully within this year I will find some place to call my home and settle once and for all at this stage of my life. I am renting a house right now while I take my time looking.

Well, I will incorporate your suggestions and until I can find my water ozonator in the boxes (just moved two weeks ago and am so weak and exhausted) I will look into getting a machine to distill my own water.
