its pretty hot stuff. use one drop and see how that works. then try two if that isnt too hot. it will depend on the strength of the oil you bought. it is genrally mixed with a carrier oil, usually safflower or grapeseed.

with continued or heavy use, oregano oil can cause a softening of the tissue which can make it easier to injure. it takes a lot of it to do this.
