I only use raw goat's milk. I had a blood test done on 5/11/07 and my iron results were 144. The limits were 35-155. I only drink milk with the BSM. I use the milk for kefir, yogurt, and fermenting vegetables.

I hope you enjoy the BSM in whatever way you decide to consume it.
