Hi intheclouds...I've never used blackstrap molasses to get rid of our gray hair...
but we have used B Complex vitamins and they worked like a charm. In fact, the men
at the plant used to ask my husband what he put on his hair because it looked so
'natural'. We'd both start getting a little gray and we'd take B Complex 100's for
about 6 weeks...and our hair would go right back to its natural color.
We use Twin Labs B Complex...but never take it on and empty tummy as it will probably make you woozie. Just take it after your largest meal of the day.
I DO love the benefits of blackstrap molasses. And we take it on occasion...but it
really is hard to take for 'me'. I don't like the taste at all. We do
juicing so
I guess I should put a little in that...but we love the taste of our juice..so I'd
hate to mess it up with the molasses. :-)
The old natural healing guru's...Jensen...Bragg...Walker, etc really swear by it.
And one of them...can't remember which one...but one of them said if an elderly person would take it every day for 6 months (I think) they would have the stamina
of a young person. (If it could do anything for MEMORY...I think I need some this
morning :-) but I have a busy, busy day ahead and my mind is running ahead of me
and I'm already getting into my 'rattled' state) :-) So I'd better get off of here
and get busy.
We just don't use anything to change our gray anymore...we're 60 and 62 and it's
time to 'go with the flow'. Nothing looks more 'unnatural' than an old woman or
an old geezor with black hair. :-)
My husband finally said...forget changing our gray... we ARE getting older...let's just try to run on personality. So that's what we do. :-)
Good luck with YOUR gray! kathryn
