He also states "don't follow him or his family as a perfect health model." They are far from it, but like most, do their best. I don't know why you can't discuss the perfect ideal just because you don't implement it perfectly in your own life? I think the MH forum is an attempt to display the ideal and we all must strive to reach it, even if we fall short. If you don't have high goals, you're actual achievements will be far lower. Note: Not trying to disagree, just adding my thoughts. ;-)
