Re: has anyone really been helped by rebounding?
HI yes I have! Problem these days though is my health is severely compromised and affected by infections, so things for me have changed dramatically and often I do not respond to much, no matter how great it is.
However, I can tell how the benefits for me when I used to respond to things more (still do sometimes). I got a rebounder and had candida/mercury toxicity issues and was put on a diet. The diet helped a lot, but as I was often tired and didn't do much I decided that jumping on a rebounder might be good considering I wouldn't need to go anywhere! I was surprised at the benefits from that alone. Skin, eyes, everything improved. Weight went down further with surprisingly little effort (needed to). Felt more energetic and alive.
But I can say that was in combination with diet. Without diet? I do not know, I'm sure I'd have still gotten benefits, but not as much. The book I have "starbound" goes through all the indepth benefits of lymphasizing and I can attest they are so. I also find walking excellent too. For me, I have found these simple exercises to be the best. Even five minutes on it is of benefit believe it or not. I found I became quite addicted to using it after a while and would jump on it whenver I felt like it with my music playing. I would then just push it up on its side to lean against the wall and then just take it down again when in use. Uncomplicated, healthy and effective.
