I've posted extensively on my flushes. You can click on my username and check them out. Almost 3 years, dozens done (including a 4 flush stretch with nothing). Started with the basic Clark protocol and have been tinkering ever since. Finally, just couldn't stand the olive oil. The sunflower, OJ and eggs is soooooooo much more palatable. This last description was my latest tinker. And to repeat what I posted, that was a picture of the effect of the salt water flush, the day after. Tweet
