Re: Different views on colon cleanses

C'mon. You know I didn't mean that. Just making a point. Even things we need can be dangerous in excess. Senna, for therapeutic use, is fine with common sense. I just started using Smooth Move (w/Senna) as a follow-up with my liver flushes, also adding in a Salt Water Flush, one day, every 2-3 weeks. Spectacular combination to really clean out the stones and other debris. One other addition to add here, while I am at it.

I do the Liver Flush (Wed)(Sunflower Oil, OJ, egg yolks), (Thur)no morning espson salts. Late morning saltwater enema, drink water, late day salt water flush (that really got out significantly more stones - after having not much during the morning - See pic below). Evening - drank my special cocktail of Apple cider vinegar, cinnamon tea (from raw cinnamon), cayenne pepper, OJ and a scoop of Colonix. Had some yogurt. Smoothe move after 10:30pm. Next morning (today - Fri) - amazing results, which included a light colored stool with big (1/2 inch) embedded stones, and a normal colored semi-solid rope. Mass was, in my opinion, more than what I had consumed. The only solid was the small scoop of Colonix. Thought I was done and had a second BM an hour later. Topped it off with another SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) around 10:30 am. Other than being yellowish, I was outputting clear, virtually no sedimentation by 2pm. Squeaky clean.
