I agree with Zoe, the clay baths are a very good way of eliminating the heavy metals. My big concern when chelating is getting the bowels moving at top efficiency, as any amount of heavy metal not completely excreted through the skin or bowels, as in attached to the intestinal wall with compacted fecal matter, will eventually re-enter the bloodstream. A good solution is to use a bowel cleanser like Oxypowder , which flushes everything out, or concomitantly using a parasite/bowel cleanse like humaworm.

Better out than in!!!!!
