Re: Need chlorella to bind the moving mercury
Hello,
I can also suggest also using clay internally as a part
of your chelation therapy.
I did a fast last year and then post cleanse did a
month of clay drinks. I had suspected that the fast
has leached out toxins and so had done the clay drinks
and was very impressed by how well it made me feel.
I have had severe aluminum poisoning in my past so
am concerned about that and mercury.
This year, I did another long fast and am now using
the chelation pesto, (Somer's recipe) which is only
the cilantro, brazil nuts, olive oil and lime juice,
and to help facilitate the material being carried
down and out, the clay drinks. I feel the post cleanse
period of a fast is as important as the fast since
the old fecal debris and funk is easy to move down
and out, but it takes additional focus to get the
heavy metals out.
I am using two different clays this year. Redmond's
Clay and Terramin.
