Clogged Sinuses and Ear Ache

Does any one have any good ideas for Sinus infections that is resulting in an ear ache. This has been going on for about a week and seems to be getting worse. I don't want to go to the doc and get prescription meds.

I have been taking Olive leaf caps with no luck. I do have some GSE avaiable and heard that this may work.

Any suggestions are welcome..other than Urine Therapy Tweet
