Clogged Sinuses and Ear Ache

Does any one have any good ideas for Sinus infections that is resulting in an ear ache. This has been going on for about a week and seems to be getting worse. I don't want to go to the doc and get prescription meds.
I have been taking Olive leaf caps with no luck. I do have some GSE avaiable and heard that this may work.

This is a reply to # 912,919The Olive Leaf works when taken daily for life, not as a drug/treatment.
The problem is a mucus problem, steming from diet, so the only true cure is correcting the diet. First step is to stop eating, put the accumulated waste down the toilet and do a proper cleanse, flush/fast and the proper live diet.
Herbs are aids, etc... but until the base problem is solved, your in treatment mode for life.
