Hi, if you are that thin you might be not eatting correctly. I am sure if you ate a baked potato, banana, or other healthy food you would gain weight. You want to look healthy and full of energy and life. If you are not eatting right your hair thins, skin is not that great, and you don't feel that great. You might do some light weight training get some hand and leg weights not that expensive and use at home I do and Im 44 and it really helped me. After I did weights they called me, "the body" at work. Good Luck!!!
