I have been reading the stories here and I really feel badly for everyone with the problems with acne. This is serious business and hearts are broken with the stigma of this horrible problem. Here is what I have learned after 30 years of fighting acne. Don't spend any money on anything that you put on your face except good soap that will fit your
specific case, keep your face clean and don't touch your face with unclean hands.

Do The Master Cleanse and try to do it for at least a total of 40 days, even if you have to do it in 10 day sessions and not the whole 40 days at once, which is still best.. Drink lots of water, don't smoke, don't drink pop or eat greasy food. But The Master Cleanse is the best thing you can do to clear up the skin. It's not too hard to do, but takes dicipline but with huge pay offs, clear skin. Somehow, somewhere people with Acne
developed some toxins in their systems and the Master-Cleanse will get them out. I am not sure how or where I got the toxins but with the first 10 day cleanse, my face started to clear up.

After the second one I can actually say my skin was pretty good, after the third 10 day session, my face was really nice and I was getting compliments and after the fourth 10 cleanse my skin was so nice and some say it was beautiful. I now drink lots of water and
keep it clean. I will continue to do The Master Cleanse from time to time. I think that maybe my system just holds toxins and that is why I had so much trouble for so long. But folks, this works and it is cheap and natural, it also has other health benifits. Please try it and don't wait too long. There is a fasting forum on this site for you to learn about it. I care about what you are going through as I have been there. I spent thousands of dollars and nothing worked but I kept hoping. But one day I said to myself that this didn't make sense. I knew it came from the inside and started with the liver/gall bladder cleanse, but for me the Master-Cleanse did it and pretty fast. cost me about 10 bucks everytime I did a Master Cleanse and about 5 bucks for the liver cleanse.
