Re: Interesting end to my fast....(Warning BM Story)

Thanks for that story. Very interesting. I just broke one off because I was worried by lack of proper kidney function. Within hours of eating an orange things started to go back to normal. Last night I slept through without gall bladder bile in stomach keeping me up for the first time in a week.

So now all is well again, I wonder if I should not have stuck through it and come to a point similar to yours. Hard to say with these things. Maybe sometimes its a two steps forward one step back and that's fine.

I've decided to do some herbal cleanses first (gallbladder,liver, kidney etc.) and then try another fast again. I've also decided not to keep a late-night work schedule and find something in accord with natural rhythms. And next fast I hope to do whilst not working or working mainly from home, or only 3 days a week or something. It will be hard to find better work because where I live has a Depression economy with 3% per annum population decline (tough on the job market to say the least!) but that's the lesson I learned, rightly or wrongly. But if I can follow through and find better work, better hours etc., it will have been valuable.
