fat and candida
Hi
My 'Fat and Candida' post didn't come through earlier.
For those interested pse see this link:

It basically says that fruit is necessary to cleanse the bowel, and nourish the good gut flora, especially berries, strawberries in particular.
Also, while candida is being 'starved', it simply lives on the fat that lines the gut and flows in the bloodstream, ready to gorge on
Sugar as soon as we consider ourselves 'healed'.
Apparently, according to the above, it is fat in the bloodstream that causes thick, sticky blood, which renders the body unable to deal with the
Sugar in the bloodstream, which has the affect of stimulating candida overgrowth, and that if fat is elimated, and the bowels cleansed and fruit eaten, the body will be able to deal with the sugars, and candida will be brought under control naturally.
Thats how I understand it, anyway. Its a convincing argument, and the experiences of the writer are very similar to my own.
I would really appreciate anyone's thoughts on it.
