Interesting.... no telling what those little white things are. They could be several different things - some type of worms or eggs look similar sometimes. Better out than in!

There are many natural things that aid in eliminating parasites. The more healthy things that we do, the less chance for infestation.

I used Humaworm on my last parasite cleanse. It was effective and much simpler than other cleanses that I've done. It was also the least expensive than any I have used. I have recommended it to several other people. I'm waiting the 90 days before doing it again, but meantime I'm using the spices Humaworm says are effective... 1/4 teaspoon each daily of the following: cinnamon, cloves, garlic, onion, sage and thyme. Along with drinking lemon juice and sometimes aloe vera juice.

There are many things that can be taken - such as bromelain and oregano oil drops which I do at times. I do freshly ground flaxseed daily too. (I add a couple of whole cloves to the grinder) I add the cinnamon to my water while making oatmeat or oatbran. The other spices can go into just about any foods that aren't sweet.
