I was wondering how much soda do i use? should the paste be thick to spread onto the skin or thin?
I was gutted when i heard you say lay off soya milk. Today i have been to the supermarket and bought soya milk as i am trying to lay off dairy products!! lol
Oh well, guess i will take one thing at a time.
Regarding the wrinkles i am 30 and people wont have it that im a day over 24!! so u might have something there.
