Well personally I try to remember that I'm a human being. This morning for instance I experienced something like what you're posting about. I started to have an anxiety attack about it but then I said to myself this isn't productive. I prayed and then moved on with a few lingering physical feelings of anxiety that have all but disappeared. Not everything in life can be happy, happy, joy, joy. I suppose it can in the world of some who deny the cyclic nature of life and the very laws of physics. What goes up must come down. I had a down day a few weeks ago and it was much shorter and less intense because I started living my life as a child of God and 100% responsible for my life.
