Hi All,
I always guard my mind from negative thinking ..... Overall I feel better but I can be sometimes feel very bad when negativity enter my mind and when that happens I need some time to do positive affirmation before I feel good again.
Any of you experience the same thing?. Do you feel down and guilty when negativity enter your mind and there is not much you can do about it. What do you do in this situation?.
My understanding is that Positivity and negativity can't be seperated. If you after positivity .. you will also get negativity because they are on the same coin. So it is impossible to stay positive 100 % all the time. Am I correct? CMIW
Infact a certain level of negativity is needed in order to stay positive. They have this motto in Toyota, "stay paranoid" .. this drive them to always create leading, innovative, quality product.
How much negativity we should allow?. How much is too much? . What does Abe say abou this?.
