Re: Moderate exercise is a key to long and healthy life
I get Jon's newsletter, too and find it very interesting. I also get Mercola's and find SOME things there interesting, too.
The thing with exercise is it's hard to do when you're very overweight and very tired. I can barely drag my rear out of bed each morning and the thought of 'exercising' is tiresome! I gone through more exercise equipment than I can remember, I've done the gym thing too and was very committed and went regularly. When I lived in a real town, as opposed to out in the boonies where I am now, I used to just walk for 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week. If there was any benefits I didn't feel it.
I know it's vital and healthy to do it, so I force myself to do it, but I sure don't enjoy it one bit! Maybe I need a list of all the benefits that I can hang on the wall in front of my treadmill to read every time I get on it!! HA!
EDIT: OK HOW ON EARTH DID MY MESSAGE END UP BEING CROSS POSTED?????
