Moderate exercise is a key to long and healthy life

I think that anyone who has had periods of working out regularly and periods of not doing so knows the answer already. You feel much better, more energetic and are happier when you work out - something EVERYONE should do in moderate amounts.

Multiple studies have proven that modest regular workouts and physical activity releases seratonin, dopamine and all kinds of feel good hormones and pheremones and such, keeps the brain sharper and the bones denser, the immune system at peak performance and disease and illness at bay.

Exercise also keeps the pituitary gland stimulated into making HGH (human growth hormone)- a key to anti-aging and cell regenerationworked out regularly. I have seen reports from authorities such as Jon Barron that exercise results in HGH production at rates of up to eight times greater than the most potent HGH stimulators on the market.
