INSPIRATION ~ Re: Contemplating What I Am Doing Here

Glaxony

We all do what we can. I know that you know no one is out to BS you. There is honest intent to make you better.

The fear that we all have...the fear of dying of something horrible is profound. It's prevelant in almost every post on CZ. The fear of pain. The fear of the government. And the fear of alternative not working. There is so much fear.

We go from one thing to another. The people that post are positive they will cure you. The sites on google promise you pain free, everlasting peace. It is almost too much for someone wide open. Someone that wants to believe.

Half of what you do is controlled by your mind. The mind body connection Glax. It's powerful, and it's real. You must believe, and that belief will make you whole. You don't necessarily need to believe in God or a higher power, you need to believe in the power of you body to make yourself well. This is my feeling about alternative health. Sure, what I do feeds my body, feeds my immunity system, feeds my adrenals, feeds my desires. And my strong belief is more powerful than the sum of all parts.

You are alive right now. And you are moving forward. These things you are learning are good things. I believe that your openess is better than cynicism. That will kill you. Keep the belief. Continue to learn. And keep listening to your body.

I understand what you say. I validate what you say. And I am behind you 100%.

Love, Molly
