I dunno, Monica, I do know that I have been somewhat lax about my OP lately(don't tell Molly) and I STILL don't grow plaque and my teeth are NOT sensitive. OP took care of those two issues for me...

I do swish the Lugol's around a little bit(diluted, of course). no staining.
Remineralization? Thanks for the reminder, time to mix my IP6 toothpowder re:V...that along with the Iodine AND OP will be a potent combo indeed, I believe... :)
