Thank you so much! It makes sense, as I was directed to take 1000mg of mag and up to 6000 mg. of vit C. However, this inspires another question. Why might my body not be absorbing magnesium and thus be deficient? I assume it is an absorbtion issue, because I eat a very healthy diet (except for my daily sweet treat and occassional glass of wine). I was even taking 1200 mg of mag. daily while I did the fat flush program, because my digestive system is outragiously sluggish.
