You have it right there....times have changed and these days its completly different.Actually I feel a little sorry for my teenages in a way,as the world has changed so much(for the worse)less extended family,people untrusting,less friendly
Now when I try and relate to my children and put myself back in time ,to when I was their age,its hard.
I think with the throwaway society gone out of control,some teenagers seem to think of their parents as obsolete,as in an old model computer...unfortunatly to their lose
