Great start! I have used the colonix and did the liver cleanse shortly after and it did wonders for me. Can't say enough about DrNatura's program. Anyway I did see a naturopath prior to doing the cleansing and as I was taking the colonix I also changed my eating habits. It made the world of difference. I definately recommend you make healthy options but you might want to consult a naturopath prior as each person has different food sensitivities . Keep us up to date on what is working for you.
