Organic/NON Genetically-Modified-Organisms SOY is HEALTHY.

Make your own soy milk from organic soy beans and you are good to go.

I eat lots of almonds (love them)
I eat lots of home-made organic yogurt ( love it)
And I am planning to start consuming organic SOY as well.

Every thing is balance. Soy milk contains nutrients which cow's milk does not and vice-versa.
Soy has anti-cancer properties...It is good stuff... Tweet
