soy

I beleive that there is nothing wrong with SOY as long as its organic/NON GMO. There is a lot of anti-SOY messages circulating arnd the internet.

I have never consumed soy, but am planning to start making my soy milk from organic soy milk.

PPl are too brain washed abt soy by reading anti-soy stories. But organic Soy is good for you. it is loaded with minerals.
