I have just started taking DMSA today and going to do this 3 days on, 4 days off for 3 months, 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
8am 100mg + 2 glasses of filtered water
9am raw juice
10am breakfast
12pm 100mg + 2 glasses of filtered water
1pm lunch
4pm 100mg + 2 glasses of filtered water
5pm snack
6pm snack
8pm 100mg + 2 glasses of filtered water
12pm (if im still up) 100mg + 2 glasses of filtered water
During this time ill plan to get plenty of vitamin C and green raw juices.
