I have a coworker who 3 wks ago spent a nice wad of money on a gym membership and a personal trainer at the gym. He's got her on a fantastic eating plan and workout plan to reach her weight loss goal at the end of their program.

Well...she cheats on the food plan already.

One week in, she tells me she's taking this weight loss medicine too. I couldn't belive it. I said do you know what the side effects are...and you STILL think it's a good idea. She said that only happens if you eat poorly which she will not do....rrriiiiggghhttt. ;)

What did she tell me today? That she ate poorly this weekend and had an episode. NICE!

I have toyed with sending her Mike Adam's article...
