My three month mark had my periods back to how they were in my TWENTIES! Three days of normal bright flow, no cramps, no clots and one very light day of spotting. Before I started oping I was getting up to SEVEN days with lots of clotting. Op got me back to five but three of those days were still fairly heavy.
