Re: Coffee enemas problems

Hi waltrovich,

I have done many coffee enemas and never had a problem with dehydration. Many problems do occurs because of inadequate preparation. You need to be well hydrated before you do any enema or bowel cleansing. Retention coffee enemas for cleansing the liver should only be done if your colon is clean. My suggestion is to take one or more cleansing enemas prior to the coffee enema. Also the method of preparing the coffee and the volume of the enema are very critical.

Often it is difficult to empty your bowels of the coffee enema but it is essential to do so. So I always take a cleansing enema after the coffee enema.
