Coffee enemas problems

Hellow everybody,


I've done coffee enemas twice and both times had terrible reaction: dry lips, mouth, feeling unwell, etc. Had to drink lots of water which seamed to lessen the problems. Did curezone and internet search on coffee enemas and dehydration and nothing seemed to come up.

Here is a quote from " The Gerson Therapy" by Sharlotte Gerson and Morton Walker about side effects of the therapy: "Some uninformed persons warn about dehydration and and other immagined difficulty. They just dont know that they are talking about.Some people are down on what they are not up on"

First of all I should point out the tone of this comment, I would sure want some arguments instead.

Second, it,s not clear from the book whether she is reffering to the therapy as a whole or just coffee enemas, but it's possible that there are people that had the same reaction I had with coffee enema.
